The Chang lab is focused on translational research for patients with peripheral nerve injury and chronic neuropathic pain. We leverage a pig model to study advanced imaging methods of characterizing nerve injury and pain, as well as to test device-based and neuromodulation-based therapies to enhance recovery and alleviate pain.
